I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), and a registered, board certified art therapist. I have been a professional therapist since 1996, working with a variety of clients in outpatient settings. As an Art Therapist, I utilize art and verbal therapy to help clients create their own goals and facilitate change. My focus is on helping people work through personal challenges and painful emotions. Using art in therapy can enhance your ability to resolve conflicts, reduce stress, increase self-esteem, and achieve insight. You will address your needs in focused conversation with me, and through stimulating creative activities that promote discovery and instigate change.
